The registration fee is $100 for both days, or $50 for either Thursday or Friday, and includes conference meals, materials, and continuing education.
Scholarships – If you are interested in contributing to the discussions but unable to pay the registration fee, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a scholarship.
Cancellation/Refund – Please send cancellation/refund requests in writing. Email email@example.com or fax (573) 882-8792. Refund requests received in writing by January 3, 2019 will be processed less a 20% fee ($20 for full conference/$10 for one-day). No refunds will be processed after that date. You may, however, send a substitute, and we ask that you notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mental Health First Aid
On Friday, January 10, we will be offering the 8-hour Mental Health First Aid Training. This is strictly limited to 20 participants, and you must indicate your desire to take part on your registration form. No additional fees required.
