This year’s Annual Ethics Conference will focus on providing a clear understanding of the opioid crisis, social effects on patients and families, what can be done to alleviate it, and the appropriate place of medication prescription in pain management.

  • Understand the major ethical and legal controversies surrounding use of opioids and other medications in pain management.
  • Guide patients and families about ethical, legal, and clinical options for optimal pain management.
