COURSE FEE: $60
SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:
If you register but cannot attend, you may substitute another individual from your organization. A substitution must be made in writing via email firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 573-882-1953, or mailed to the address listed on the registration form.
Please note that if you register without paying, you are responsible for payment whether or not you attend the conference unless you cancel prior to August 19, 2019. A full refund of fees less a $25.00 administrative fee will be made if notice of cancellation is received in writing by August 19, 2019. No refunds will be made after August 19, 2019
