Medical Directors:

This live activity (including the pre-conference) has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 8 management hours and 8.75 clinical hours toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. The CMD program is administered by the ABPLM.  Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the activity.

Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators

The Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators has reviewed and approved the course identified below for CEU Hours in Missouri.  The 28th Annual Conference, Caring for the Frail Elderly, has been approved for up to 10 total (3A/10PC) hours.  A breakdown of administrative and patient care hours will be provided on site.  Missouri Approval Number TA-073-23-918.
